A confined space fatality claimed 2 lives at the weekend at the Morey La Rue dry cleaning company premises on Linden Avenue, New Jersey, when 2 workers were overcome by chemical fumes while attempting to clean a 20K-gallon vat, fire crews deployed breathing equipment to recover the bodies.
